● INTERPRETER WORKFLOWS

Is there an in-room alternative to phone interpreter services?

Yes. Vetinuity translates the consultation through the veterinarian's device, offering an in-room workflow for conversations that would otherwise involve phone interpreter services.

Compare the participants in the conversation

With a phone interpreter workflow, the veterinarian and client speak through an interpreter on the call. With Vetinuity, the veterinarian speaks English and the device handles translation in both directions. The client joins nothing.

Ask how you want to handle the spoken exchange and the written record as separate parts of the visit. General-purpose translation apps are another category to evaluate against those needs.

A consultation workflow already in use

Vetinuity live translation has run in production since July 2026. Automatic language detection starts the exchange, and the same conversation supplies the note and client summary instead of requiring a separate retelling for documentation.

Discharge instructions are available in the client language. The Spanish-speaking client example shows an illustrative written handoff; the translation setup guide follows the in-room sequence.

Explore the live translation hub for the wider capability, or use the translation buyer criteria to organize a comparison.

No. The veterinarian's device carries the exchange for both people in the room.

Is this only a way to translate finished documents?
