Enter the prescribed phosphate dose and fluid setup to calculate the additive volume and potassium delivery.

Phosphate mmol/h = dose × weight. Product conversions use the label concentrations entered beside their inputs. Potassium per kg = potassium mEq/h / weight. Bag duration = bag volume / fluid rate. KPhos to add = KPhos stock rate × bag duration.
