VETINUITY
A client comes in with a blocked cat. You know what's wrong. She doesn't speak English, and you don't know what language she does speak. Vetinuity does. It detects the language automatically, you talk back and forth the way you normally would, and it writes the note from that exact conversation. While that's happening, the clinical insight shows up with the journal citation attached, the CRI calculation is sitting there if you need it, and the rounds board updates itself from the visit. No other tool on this page does all of that from one conversation. I built it on ER shifts, and I still use it on shift. A tool that only writes the note gets you halfway. It tells you what happened in the room. It doesn't tell you whether the differential you're chasing is backed by anything, it doesn't do the math on the drip rate, it doesn't talk to a client who doesn't speak English, and it doesn't update your rounds board when a new lab comes back. Vetinuity does all of that from the same conversation, not three separate apps after the visit is over.
Vetinuity, since July 2026. ScribbleVet and CoVet document notes and client summaries in other languages after the visit, which is multilingual note output, not live translation. VetRec doesn't document exam-room translation.
