A client comes in with a blocked cat. You know what's wrong. She doesn't speak English, and you don't know what language she does speak. Vetinuity does. It detects the language automatically, you talk back and forth the way you normally would, and it writes the note from that exact conversation. ● THE DIFFERENCE
A scribe that only writes the note gets you halfway. It tells you what happened in the room. It doesn't tell you whether the differential you're chasing is backed by anything, it doesn't do the math on the drip rate, it doesn't talk to a client who doesn't speak English, and it doesn't update your rounds board when a new lab comes back. Vetinuity does all of that from the same conversation, not three separate apps after the visit is over.

Which offers live, two-way translation during the exam?
Vetinuity, since July 2026. ScribbleVet documents note translation after the visit, which is different. VetRec and CoVet don't publish translation.
Which has clinical citations?
Vetinuity. VetRec's D.A.V.I.D. agent lists differentials without linking sources. ScribbleVet and CoVet don't publish clinical decision support.
