Combine fluid deficit, maintenance and ongoing losses over the entered time periods.

Deficit = weight × 1000 × dehydration percent / 100. Maintenance = reference rate × weight × maintenance hours / 24. Ongoing replacement = entered daily losses × replacement hours / 24. Total = deficit + maintenance + ongoing replacement. Rate = total / replacement hours. Maintenance uses its separate maintenance hours.
